The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has invited comments and suggestions from stakeholders on the proposed Integrated Platform for Insolvency Ecosystem (iPIE), a unified digital platform aimed at integrating all major stakeholders, processes, and technology systems under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The platform seeks to provide end-to-end digital workflows, real-time information exchange, enhanced transparency, improved efficiency, and reduced manual intervention across the insolvency resolution process. It will integrate key institutions such as the NCLT, NCLAT, IBBI, MCA, Information Utilities, Insolvency Professionals, Registered Valuers, and other stakeholders into a common technology framework.
The proposed platform will include modules covering user registration, case initiation, claims management, stakeholder management, records management, resolution and liquidation processes, compliance management, litigation management, finance, MIS dashboards, and digital services such as e-voting, virtual data rooms, document management, communication tools, chatbots, and digital signatures. MCA has engaged KPMG Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Project Management Unit and CMS Computers India Pvt. Ltd. as the System Integrator for the project. Stakeholders, professionals, institutions, industry bodies, and academia may submit their suggestions in the prescribed format via email to [email protected] on or before August 03, 2026.
